You’ll also meet with Charlotte, who recruits you in tracking down a card thief. Now, follow the quest marker to The Cat’s Tail where you’ll meet Diona and a new character, then to the fountain plaza, where Margaret can tell you all about the King of Invokations Grand Prix. Mark it as your active quest and follow the quest marker to Monstadt’s bridge, where your arrival will trigger a short cutscene. Starting the event will add the quest “Commence!
